Pricing
One price list. The same for everyone.
Every agent, every owner and every destination pays the same, including our own agency in Mallorca. All fees are plus VAT. We show the price with VAT too.
For owners

Homebase One covers your Owner File, the Fact Score, your brochure and film made from your own photos, videos and documents, and distribution to the whole network.
How every fee is split
Whatever fee the owner agrees, it is split the same way:

20%Owners Agent
60%Sales Agent
- Example at a 5% fee: 1% · 1% · 3%, each + VAT.
- An owner who acts as their own Owners Agent saves the Owners Agent share.
- An Owners Agent who also finds the buyer earns 80%.
- Shared listings follow the same split, applied to the fee share that comes into Homebase One.
