Business Hub Mallorca builds and invests in Homebase: the platform and the operating company that make premium homes on Mallorca accessible through shared ownership. Private partners have backed it since 2024; the first two sales closed in Q3 2026. Investment is by personal invitation.
Two ways in
Invest in the companies, or lend to BHM.
You invest in a platform and its first destination, not in a single home. BHM keeps the majority and invests alongside you, at the same price.
Equity
Shares in Global Homebase and Mallorca Homebase
When the companies raise capital, BHM invites investors into the round: new shares in the companies, and in some rounds shares from BHM's own holding. One price for everyone in the round.
Lending
A loan to Business Hub Mallorca
For partners who prefer a loan: a written agreement with BHM, repaid with interest or converted into shares in the companies at the same price as everyone else.

You lend to BHM
A written loan agreement with the holding company, on terms agreed with each partner.

BHM finances the companies
The capital goes to Global Homebase and Mallorca Homebase: the platform, the mandates and the partners on the island.

Repaid or converted
The loan is repaid with interest, or converted into shares in the two companies, transferred from BHM's own holding.
When the companies raise capital, BHM invites its partners to take part alongside it, on the same terms as everyone else in that round.
What partners can count on
In writing, and reported.
- A written agreement for every loan.
- A statement each quarter of what is owed to you.
- One order of repayment for all lenders, set out in each agreement.
- The same conversion price for everyone who converts.
- Direct access to the founder, and the same report on the holding for every partner.
Who it suits
Angels and partners who know property, technology or Mallorca.
Investors who want in early, can commit for several years and value a direct line to the founder. Investing in or lending to a young company carries risk, and you can lose what you put in.
