Why I'm building this.
I care about moments — real time with the people who matter, in places worth being. Technology is simply how I make them effortless. That's why I built Business Hub Mallorca: too many of the best homes sit empty, while the people who'd love them can't own one alone. That's what I want to change.

The vision
Premium homes, opened up.
Here's the simple reality: a home in Mallorca that can truly hold the dream now costs a million euros, two, often more. Few can justify that for a place they'd use six or eight weeks a year — and a villa left empty the rest of the time isn't much of a dream anyway.
Co-ownership answers that. Share the home, share the cost, and it stays lived-in and cared for all year instead of standing dark. An empty home is worth nothing to anyone. A shared one is worth something to everyone — the family who finally gets in, the community that comes alive around it, and the home itself.
I'm not here to tell anyone how to live. Own the whole thing if that's what you want. I just think sharing makes sense — and whether your number is €70,000 or €600,000, the Mallorca dream comes within reach.
The mission
The best homes should be lived in.
Too many of the finest homes stand dark most of the year. The answer is almost obvious — don't buy alone. Buy together.
That's the whole idea. A few people buy one home between them — directly on the title, or through a local company that holds it, owned by the group and run by us. Everyone gets their weeks, the home stays lived-in and cared for all year, and it costs a fraction of owning alone. Bought in the open, professionally run, shared with care. Good for the owners. Good for the place. Built to repeat, island by island.
