Commit
You receive a personal subscription letter by email in November and sign it electronically.
Pay
To each company's account for new shares and to BHM's account for existing shares, against the deed.
Deed
Shares are issued and transferred before a notary in December. We arrange it, with a power of attorney if you can't attend.
You need a Spanish tax number (NIE, or NIF for a company) to be entered in the share register. If you don't have one, we help you get it in the same process.
