- SPV certification and legal structuring with ATH21

This transformation will be completed by October 2025, at which point OnChain Unity will be live at MVP level and in operation.
From that point forward, growth will be financed through tokenized capital increases and operational revenues.
The company’s leadership will also be enriched with senior expertise in MiCA compliance, crypto financing, and international expansion — ensuring OCU scales rapidly as a tokenization-as-a-service provider in a brand-new market shaped by MiCA and driven by the global demand for crypto investors seeking solid, asset-backed opportunities.
