He connects stakeholders, drives strategic innovation, and fosters collaboration across the ecosystem, ensuring that each element aligns to build lasting value and sustainable growth for the future.

Philip Filipsen

CFO

Philip is the CFO of Business Hub Mallorca, guiding the financial strategy to achieve our vision, mission, and execution plan. His expertise in financial planning, resource management, and investments strengthens our portfolio companies, ensuring stability and growth. As an investor in all portfolio companies and a property owner, he brings valuable real estate insight.

Director, Content Development

Jan oversees our digital ecosystem, combining design and technology to deliver seamless front-end solutions. With decades of experience in web development, UX design, and content strategy, he ensures that both Palmallorca and partner platforms are scalable, intuitive, and built for lasting engagement.
