Global Homebase earns revenue through a classic and scalable structure:

  • Franchise onboarding fee (based on destination value)

  • Monthly platform fee (Club Homebase + systems)

  • Transaction fees on co-ownership sales

  • Recurring management income through Club Homebase

  • JV upside with developers and property owners

  • Homebase Finance referral revenue (credit funds for upgrades)

Each destination becomes a long-term, multi-revenue business unit.

Joint Ventures & Developer Partnerships

Our model enables  joint ventures with property developers and owners who want to convert premium homes into co-owned, key-ready assets.

Through Homebase Finance, we collaborate with credit funds to finance pre-owners and property upgrades — ensuring faster market readiness and higher asset value.

Destination Pipeline

Global Homebase owns a portfolio of premium destination domains and has launched the first two markets:

2026 Goal:

Make Mallorca and Côte d’Azur successful with the first 17 co-ownership homes online,while preparing the next wave of destinations in Spain and France.

From 2027:

Full-scale European expansion with a structured franchise program.

Distribution Through Homebase Agents

We collaborate with existing real estate agents through the Homebase Agents program.

Agents gain a high-value co-ownership product to sell alongside traditional listings, earning 3% commission per share sold.

This dramatically expands market reach and accelerates demand across each destination.
